We schedule brief planned outages during non-peak hours throughout the year so that we can conduct maintenance on the network. In addition to noting the dates below, Digital West customers will receive an advanced email notification if the maintenance window will affect any of your services.

Service(s) Affected: Access to the vCloud user interface and some VMWare operations
Purpose: Regular preventative maintenance
Weekly – Thursdays and/or Fridays
Outage Window: 10:00 – 11:00 p.m. PST

Purpose: Windows server patching and reboots

Purpose: Software maintenance on routers to improve reliability and monitoring

Outage Window: 12:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. PST
Service(s) Affected: All Metro Fiber customers in San Luis Obispo area
Purpose: Completion of software updates on Metro Fiber routers to improve stability and monitoring
