The California Teleconnect Fund (“CTF”) is administered by the California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”) to ensure that eligible organizations have access to advanced telecommunications and internet access services to support their communities.
The CTF program provides discounts on select services to eligible schools, libraries, community colleges, government-owned hospitals, California Telehealth Network participants, and qualifying community-based non-profit organizations. Eligible CTF recipients must receive service in the state of California.

The CPUC will provide eligible entities with an approval letter via email. Qualified entities are eligible to receive CTF discounts on eligible Digital West services. Entities must provide Digital West a copy of this approval letter in order to receive CTF discounts on eligible Digital West services. The discounted rates may not be resold to or shared with any other non-qualifying entity or person. Services are provided by Digital West Networks, Inc. and its affiliates.
