Planned and Unplanned Outages
In the rare instance of an unplanned outage, you will receive constant and consistent communication via phone, email and/or online, followed by an explanatory email when we have resolved the issue. You can also follow us on Twitter at @digitalwest_noc for up-to-the-minute updates during an unplanned outage. We will occasionally schedule brief planned outages during non-peak hours so that we can conduct maintenance on the network. You will receive an advanced email notification if the maintenance window will affect any of your services.
